Own private heated swimming pool with Roman end and shallow end of 3ft gently sloping down to a deep end of about 6ft. A slide is situated in the deep end. Prices for 2007 include pool heating (July, August, September excl)

Shops, Restaurants 50yds. A sun terrace on the roof gives lovely views of the coast. Set in the popular resort of Binebeca, approximately 15 km from the airport. The resort boasts one of the prettiest beaches on the Island. Local shops and restaurants are situated within 50 yards from the villa. The beautiful Binibeca beach is only 300 yards away. Car hire is not essential at this villa though for guests staying more than one week it is recommended that you hire a car for part or all of the second week to allow you to visit other parts of the island. The main bedroom with the ensuite has a door directly to the patio, and another leading into the third bedroom. The main bedroom has a cot as well. The third bedroom has twin bunk beds and can accommodate a third bed.

A brand new fitted kitchen with gas hob and electric oven has been installed this year. Refurbished bathrooms for 2006 including a new ensuite bathroom. All the windows have been upgraded to white aluminium, with new shutters and mosquito screens in the bedrooms. New wardrobes in each bedroom.
